A Post graduate in commerce from Kerala University and a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with KERAFED (an EEC & NCDC aided Project) as Assistant Manager form 1994 onwards. In 2001 was associated with Kerala State Transport project (World Bank aided Project) as Finance Manager and Finance Management Consultant for one year from 01.04.2006. Now he is doing domain finance consultancy Services for software projects and Project finance consultants for Kerala Small Industries Development Corporation Ltd. (a Govt. of Kerala undertaking) and several other project in the Industrial, and agro based industrial projects in India.

 

                               He is having more than 20 years experience in the diversified fields such as construction industry, manufacturing industry, finance                                management and disbursement procedures of externally aided infrastrure projects, Bank audits, Preparation of Projects, carrying out                                feasibility study etc. He is in Charge of Trivandrum Branch. Fellow Chartered Accountant and a qualified Information System Auditor (ISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Having about 10 years of industry experience in different fields such as Export industry, IT industry, shipping industry etc. Has more than 6 years of experience in performing Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Company Law Matters, FEMA, and Service Tax in wide range of industries. Proficient in information system audits. He is in charge of Head Office at Chennai.

CA. ANNIE GEORGE ACA
Chartered Accountant with more than 1year of experience in banking and IT industry. A commerce graduate and a Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been awarded Diploma in Information Systems Audit (ICAI). He was elevated as a partner in 2009  and having worked with Ernst & Young, he has over 6 years of experience in the areas of internal and external audits, direct and indirect taxation .

 

CA. JOMY SAIMON ACA
Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has experience in auditing, accounting, direct and indirect taxation, Company law, FEMA, Preparation of Projects etc. He was with Sankar & Moorthy for two years and is currently in charge of the Cochin Branch office of the firm.
